can we trust your packaging is safe and we will get our items in safe condition?
we will try our best to pack your item(s) carefully. please record an unboxing video from the moment you open the parcel until the end as proof to require a refund/exchange.

what are the payment methods?
we accept bank transfer, shopeepay and touch n go e-wallet. the payment method depends on the admin you're dealing with.

do you have any services offered?
we do offer direct dealing, warehouse sharing, korean bank transfer, shopeepay online bank transfer and paypal services.

how does direct dealing work?
you may dm us the link of the items you find yourself and we will help you deal with the seller. we won't be held responsible for any scams so please ensure the seller isn't a scammer for your own good.
